Toowoomba Hot Water Group is operated through Tradie Code by Tradie Code Pty Ltd (ABN 16 700 500 349). It is not a plumbing contractor and does not carry out plumbing, electrical or gas work.

No local contractor is currently approved. Online enquiries are disabled and using this website does not create a booking, service contract or confirmed referral.

No attendance, parts stock, response time, pricing, insurance or licence status is guaranteed by this website. If referrals are approved in a later stage, a contractor must independently confirm availability, qualifications, scope, charges and any terms before work is agreed.

Any contract for trade work would be between the homeowner and the independent contractor. Gas work is conditional on suitable licensed contractor availability. Verify relevant Queensland licences for the particular work rather than relying on a brand or website description.

Guides provide general information, not a diagnosis or instructions for regulated trade work. Do not open electrical covers, alter gas components or repair pressurised safety valves. For water near electrical fittings, keep clear. If gas is suspected, leave the area and contact the gas supplier from a safe location without operating electrical switches.

This website is not an emergency dispatch service.

Manufacturer warranty cover depends on the exact product and terms. Contractor workmanship terms would be supplied by that contractor. Incentive eligibility and energy savings are not confirmed by this website.
