How the current website and proposed enquiry process relate to your personal information.
Operator and current enquiry status
This website is operated through Tradie Code by Tradie Code Pty Ltd (ABN 16 700 500 349). It is a homeowner enquiry and referral service, not a plumbing contractor.
Online enquiries are disabled. Details entered into the multi-step form are held in the current page state; that form does not currently submit, forward or create a contractor enquiry. Leaving or reloading the page clears that form state.
Information requested by the form
The form asks about the required service, brand, system type, symptoms, additional details, name, phone, email and suburb. Optional fields include property relationship, property type, preferred contact and preferred timing. These fields are retained to review the future enquiry interface, not to establish a current booking.
When an approved integration is introduced, the operator must disclose who receives the information, the purpose of referral and relevant consent before collection is enabled.
Tracking and website operation
Google Analytics and Google Ads identifiers are not configured in the current project. No Google enquiry-conversion event is sent by the disabled form.
Hosting and technical services may process request information needed to serve and secure the site. A complete provider, retention, storage-location and cookie inventory remains subject to operator review before publication. This page does not claim that all hosting telemetry is disabled.
Email and other legacy functions
The online enquiry form does not currently trigger email or contractor notifications. Separate legacy email and unsubscribe functions remain in the project and require review; their presence is not evidence of a Toowoomba mailing service.
No retention period, overseas storage arrangement or live recipient is represented as verified here. These items must be confirmed before live collection is enabled.

You may raise access, correction or privacy concerns with the operator. Australian privacy obligations and complaint handling require legal review for the actual operating arrangements. General regulator information is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
